Biography :

Abdalla Abo Taleb is one of the most profound experts in healthcare policy and regulations in the MENA region His expertise extend from HTA & Reimbursement policies to regulatory and supply chain strategies in the public sector. He has been involved in the fields of health economics, outcomes research, Health policy reforming and reimbursement polices within the healthcare industry for 15 years, with experience across the pharmaceutical, biologicals and vaccines. And now works for WHO as a project manager at health care reforming area. He, in addition to being a committee member and project manager in a number of national projects in many countries including Germany. United Kingdom, Egypt, Algeria, Sudan, Russia, UAE, Morocco, Jordan, Iraq, Turkey, KSA, GULF, USA and Poland, He is a very active researcher with tens of publication across different well recognized organizing including ISPOR, ESMO, ASCO, ECCO, iHEA. HTAI and EuHEA. He has been a true contributor to several public and industrial projects in Egypt and MENA region his homeland. He committedly changed the landscape of the healthcare policy there .A few examples to mention are his contributions to the establishment of the NORCB (national organization for control and research of biologics), Egyptian Biosimilars guidelines the cancer and MS registry & guidelines. Establishing stroke units & guidelines , hospital based HTA and Health economic unit at ministry of health in Egypt’s different sectors. Multiple engagement efforts are well recognized in his research through introducing concepts of stakeholder engagement. He also does that by being an active member of many research organizations internationally and locally like the ISPOR and its local chapter. Abdalla Abo taleb remains a very rich source of developmental initiatives having been hands on expert across different sectors of the healthcare systems and a visionary for healthcare reform.

Oncological Virology Professor, Naples University (1972-1985). Chief Division Virology (1973-2003), Head Department Diagnostic Laboratories, (2003-2006). D. Cotugno Hospital for Infectious Diseases, Naples; Emeritus (2006). Since 2007 Chairman Committee of Biotechnologies and VirusSphere, World Academy Biomedical Technologies, UNESCO, Adjunct Professor Department Biology, Temple University, College of Science and Technology, Philadelphia, recipient of the Sbarro Health Research Organization lifetime achievement award (2010). President, Foundation de Beaumont Bonelli for Cancer Research. His basic researches have been concerned with antigens induced early during the replication cycle of human herpesviruses. Another study has involved the identification, isolation and characterization of specific virus-induced tumour antigens, which were the "finger-prints" left behind in human cancer. Achievements include patents in field; discovery of Respiratory Syncytial Virus in infant deaths in Naples and of tumor liberated protein as a tumor associated antigen, 55 kilodalton protein overexpressed in lung tumors and other epithelial adenocarcinomas.

Biography :

Jens received his PhD in biochemistry from the Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg i.Br. (Germany). During several postdoc positions [Department of Molecular Pathology at the University of Bonn (Germany), Charite Berlin (Germany), Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics at the University of Wuerzburg (Germany)] he received a broad training and knowledge in molecular pathology and cancer research. At the moment he is working in the Department of Molecular Pathology at the ICR (London, UK). He has published more than 70 papers in reputed journals and has been serving as an editorial board member of repute.

Biography :

Dr. Patricia K. Amado, received her undergraduate nursing degree from DeSales University (BSN), her master’s degree in nursing education MS(Ed), from Florida Atlantic University and her Ph.D. from Barry University. She is currently enrolled in an FNP program to enhance her clinical expertise. Areas of teaching include undergraduate and graduate courses across the curriculum as well as undergraduate student advisement and mentorship. Her research is focused on areas of breast cancer and creating healthy transition post-treatment. Dr. Amado is also recognized as a speaker in the nursing profession. She has spoken at international conferences and schools of nursing regarding her creation of liminal pathways in transitioning through chronic illness. Her research formed the basis of a concept analysis framework which she is developing to advance nursing practice. Past and present positions include Sigma Theta Tau, Delta Epsilon Iota International Honor Society and are an active member of the NLN and the ISNCC. Her most recent project is publishing her dissertation; The Lived Experience of Women with Breast Cancer During the Surveillance Phase of Recovery: A Hermeneutic Phenomenological Inquiry.

Biography :

Doctor Dominique Belpomme is presently an emeritus board-certified full professor in medical oncology at the Paris University; and the executive director of the European Cancer and Environment Research Institute (ECERI), in Brussels (Belgium). After his internship in the Paris University Hospitals, Pr Belpomme joined the Pr. G. Mathé’s research team at Institute of Cancerology and ImmunoGenetics (ICIG) in Villejuif (France); then the Pr. GE Moore’s research group at Roswell Park Memorial Institute (RMPI) in Buffalo NY (USA); before he obtained his master’s degree in science and his MD degree at Paris University. Having been a full board-certified professor of medical oncology at the European Hospital Georges Pompidou (HEGP) in Paris, Pr. Belpomme has contributed greatly to therapeutic research in cancer, and to the biology of environmental carcinogenesis, through several hundred of internationally recognized peer-reviewed scientific papers, and is presently one of the European scientific leaders who contributed to organize and promote cancer research.

Dr. Kaye Herth, Ph.D., R.N., F.A.A.N. is Dean Emerita, Minnesota State University, Mankato. Dr. Herth has extensive clinical, teaching, and administrative experience at several universities and in hospitals, hospices, and community health settings. She is a highly respected international scholar on hope and has garnered more than 2 million dollars in grant funding. Her pioneering research has focused on hope in those individuals with a chronic or terminal illness and the impact on their family/significant others, as well as on homeless families and children. Recently her work has focused on leadership from a Hope Paradigm. Her instruments to measure hope are used throughout the world and have been translated into 28 foreign languages and included in eight major instrument textbooks. She has over 68 publications in refereed professional journals and over 250 presentations at regional, national, and international professional conferences.

Responsibility
The organizers holds no responsibilities or liabilities of the personal articles of attendees at the venue against any kind of theft, lost, damage, due to any reason whatsoever. Delegates are entirely responsible for the safety of their own belongings. 
Insurance
No insurance, of any kind, is included along with the registration in any of the events of the organization. 
Transportation
Please note that transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant, Allied Academies will not be liable for any actions howsoever related to transportation and parking. 
Press/Media
Press permission must be obtained from Allied Academies Conference Organizing Committee prior to the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing. The Allied Academies is an objective third-party nonprofit organization and this conference is not associated with any commercial meeting company. 
Requesting an Invitation Letter
For security purposes, letter of invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the conference after payment of complete registration fee. Once registration is complete, please contact nursingconference@alliedglobalevents.com to request for a personalized letter of invitation, if not received until one month before the scheduled date of event. All the bank charges applicable during refund will be deducted from the account of participant. 

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to finance@alliedacademies.com
If,due to any reason, Allied academies postpone an event on the scheduled date, the participant is eligible for a credit of 100% of the registration fee paid. This credit shall only be used for another event organized by Allied academies within period of one year from the date of rescheduling. 
Postponement of event
If, due to any reason, Allied academies postpone an event and the participant is unable or unwilling to attend the conference on rescheduled dates, he/she is eligible for a credit of 100% of the registration fee paid. This credit shall only be used for another event organized by Allied academies within period of one year from the date of rescheduling. 
Transfer of registration
All registrations, after payment of complete registration fee, are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if in case the person is unable to attend the event. Request for transfer of registration must be made by the registered person in writing to contact@alliedacademies.com. Details must include the full name of replaced new registrant, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified. Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference of Allied academies if the person is unable to attend one of conferences.
However, Registration cannot be transferred if intimated within 14 days of respective conference.
The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.

Visa Information
Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.
Allied academies will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.
Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues are not covered under the cancellation policy of Allied academies, including the inability to obtain a visa. 
Refund Policy:
If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund policies apply:
Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overhead charges, following Refund Policy Orders are available:
  • Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund after deduction of $100 towards service Fee.
  • Within 60-30 days of Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment Refund.
  • Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund.
  • E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy:
Accommodation Service Providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies which are applicable when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. If in case the registrant wishes to cancel or amend the accommodation, he/ she is expected to inform the organizing authorities on a prior basis. Allied academies will advise the registrant to ensure complete awareness about the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancellation or modification of their booking.
